A rising junior at Laguna Blanca School, Rose Houglet moved from France in 2014, acting as an ensemble member in her first show, Young Frankenstein, during her first year at Laguna. Last summer, Rose took part in On the Verge as Co-Assistant Stage Manager for Footprints at Laetoli and as a House Manager for the first weekend of the festival. This past year, Rose helped with Laguna’s fall play, Harvey, and spring musical, Seussical, as Costume Manager for the former and an Assistant Stage Manager for the latter. Even though she began her theater experience with acting, Rose enjoys all aspects of theater and has recently done more behind-the-scenes work. For the 2016 On the Verge Festival, Rose was a Stage Management Intern for all productions instead of only assisting one show.
