Riley Jacqueline Berris received her B.A. in Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 2010 where she primarily studied acting. She was trained at the Moscow Theater in 2009 and since then, has earned her Master’s in Education and teaching credential from UC Santa Barbara to teach theater in California. Currently, she teaches theater and directs all of the productions at San Marcos High School in Santa Barbara, California where she has had the pleasure of directing The Laramie Project, Picasso at the Lapin Agile along with many other plays and musicals. Some of Riley's favorite roles she has had the opportunity to play include: Katurian in McDonagh's The Pillowman, Izzy in Lindsay-Abaire's Rabbit Hole, and Caylee in Roxie Perkins's Caylee's First Big Show!!! Riley is incredibly passionate about the work On the Verge is doing and thanks the artistic team she gets to work with daily for their superhuman qualities in helping their visions become experiences.
